Born in Boston, Mass., Anthony Lochiatto graduated cum laude with a B.S. from Boston College in 1985 and received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1989. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a member of various organizations, including the Massachusetts Bar Association and its Litigation Section, the American Bar Association and its General Litigation Section, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

He has handled personal injury matters his entire career. He started his legal career defending personal injury cases that exposed him to how insurance companies work.  He opened his private practice in 1992 and he has handled a broad range of personal injury and criminal cases.

Ross E. Schreiber (Of Counsel)

Ross Schreiber received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1998. He is experienced in appellate and trial work, handling civil and criminal cases. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York. He has worked with Anthony Lochiatto for a number of years on a variety of sophisticated cases.

Maria del Carmen Vera-Diaz

Maria del Carmen is available to help with a variety of cases. A native of Colombia who has also lived in Brazil, she serves as an interpreter with clients who speak Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
